Portfolio MSCI Brazil

The primary investment objective of the Portfolio MSCI Brazil is to seek to replicate as closely as possible the performance of the MSCI Brazil Net Total Return USD Index (as published by Bloomberg under ticker NDUEBRAF (the “Index”), an index designed to represent the performance of the large and mid cap segments of the Brazilian market, covering about 85% of the Brazilian equity universe), before fees and expenses.

The Portfolio MSCI Brazil will seek such investment objective mostly through a direct replication by investing in the equity securities comprising the Index and seeking to replicate the holdings and weighting of such securities within the Index. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the investment objective can also be achieved through an indirect replication by investing in derivatives delivering the performance of the Index in exchange for the performance of the assets held by the Company with respect to the Portfolio MSCI Brazil.

The Index is calculated and published by MSCI Inc., its currency being the US Dollar. Its methodology, composition and additional information concerning it are available on msci.com.
